Delivery Charges

A delivery charge is made dependent on the weight of your order. Weights are displayed on each product's page and the corresponding prices are displayed in the right hand column.

For mainland UK:

The most you will have to pay for delivery is £7.95. However, for huge orders (e.g more than 30kg) we do reserve the right to charge more.

As a rough guide: very small items will cost no more than £2 and small packages will cost between £3 and £5. Items weighing over 2kg are sent using a next day courier service and cost £7.95.

For non-mainland UK:

Small packages (under 2kg) can be sent for the same price as mainland-UK customers.

For heavier items please contact us. Heavy and valuable may incur a £15 surcharge.

European delivery:

We can now offer delivery by Airmail to virtually all European countries for packages up to 10kg.

Prices start at just over £2.25. A 1kg package will cost approx. £8 while any package over 2kg will cost £25.00

Rest of the world:

Delivery is by Airmail. We can only currently send items weighing up to 2kg. For heavier items please contact us for a quote.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver to you as quickly as possible. Most orders are despatched next day by 1st class post or by courier. However, please allow up to 10 days for your goods to arrive.

For delivery outside of UK please allow a minimum of 7 days.

All of the products on our website are stock items but if an item is out of stock we will let you know by e-mail. We will give you the option to wait for the item to arrive or cancel the order (in which case a full refund will be given).

Please check your e-mails for progress of the order or log in to your account on our website.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

All of our prices, including delivery charges, include vat where applicable. Our vat registration number is: GB 887281672.

Please contact us if you would like us to supply you with a VAT invoice/receipt.

How To Order

We have tried to make ordering a simple process.

1. Search or browse the categories
2. Click "add to basket" next to the products you want
3. Click "view basket" on the right of the page
4. Change quantities or delete items
5. Choose your payment method: credit/debit card (PayPal) or cheque
6. Enter your details
7. Sit back and wait for your goods to arrive. Your shopping is done.
8. Tell your friends about CaravanAccessoryShop.co.uk!

Remember, if you have any queries use the Contact Us page to send us an e-mail. We will do our best to reply as quickly as possible.

Payment

You can pay for your order using any major credit/debit card online. Our transactions are dealt with securely by PayPal, although you do not need a PayPal account to buy from us.

Alternatively you can pay by cheque. If you choose this method please allow up to 14 days for the cheque to clear before we despatch your goods.

If you prefer to pay by credit card over the phone you can do so by choosing this option at the checkout (coming soon).

Security

When asked to enter your credit card details you will be transferred to PayPal's secure server. Here you will notice two things:

1. A padlock in the bottom right corner of your browser window (providing your status bar is showing)
2. The address of the page begins with "https://" rather than the standard "http://".

These two factors show that the page you are entering information on is a secure page. All information is encrypted when travelling over the internet.

If you decide to phone and pay by credit card your payment is processed immediatley and your details are not recorded.

Refunds & Returns

If you no longer require the item when you receive it simply return it to us, unopened, within 14 days, for a no quibble refund (providing the item is in re-saleable condition).

If the item is faulty please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

Please note we are unable to refund carriage charges except on faulty items.

Privacy

Your details will not be passed on to any third parties.

Your credit card details are dealt with entirely by PayPal and are not passed on to us.

We will not send you any junk mail.

We may send you details of any special offers by e-mail. We will do this only if you requested to be on our mailing list and we will only contact you a few times a year.
