Why do we no longer sell online?

Delivery Timescales (for orders placed before 12th November)

We aim to deliver to you as quickly as possible;95% of orders are despatched within 1 working day of the order being placed.

Once your order is despatched (you will receive an automated e-mail):

  • Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1 to 3 working days.
  • Our couriers, Interlink, aim to deliver next working day - if this is the delivery method you have chosen.
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed unless you call us and pay extra for a guaranteed service.

For delivery outside of UK, please allow up to 28 days (delivery usually occurs within 7 days).

All of the products on our website have a stock status - you will be informed at the checkout of an estimated despatch date for the order. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock we will let you know by e-mail. We will give you the option to wait for the item to arrive or cancel the order (in which case a full refund will be given).

Please check your e-mails for progress of the order or log-in to your account on our website.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

All of our prices, including delivery charges, include VAT where applicable. Our vat registration number is: GB 997431471.

You may print a VAT invoice/receipt by following the 'Where is my order?' in the footer of the website.

Refunds & Returns

If you no longer require the item when you receive it simply return it to us. For a no quibble refund please...

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us that you will be returning the item
  2. Return the item to us within 28 days of receiving your order
  3. Return the item to us in the same condition it was delivered to you

If the item is faulty please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

Please note we are unable to refund carriage charges except on faulty or incorrect items.

We may need to time to test the product (in certain situations) before providing a refund.

Returns should be made to our shop address (in the footer of the website).

Obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office if sending items by Royal Mail.

For larger items, it will be cheaper to use a parcel collection service like: Parcel2Go.

Please allow 7 days for your refund to be processed. 

Privacy

Your details will not be passed on to any third parties.

Your credit card details are dealt with entirely by SagePay and are not passed on to us.

We will not send you any junk mail.

We may send you details of any special offers by e-mail. We will do this only if you requested to be on our mailing list and we will only contact you a few times a year.

You can shop with confidence at Caravan Accessory Shop. Your details will not be passed on to anyone else. We respect your privacy.
