Delivery Charges

A delivery charge is made dependent on the weight of your order. Weights are displayed on each product's page - click the 'Delivery Prices' tab.

Add your products to the basket and you can get a delivery estimate before proceeding to the checkout.

As a guide:

For mainland UK

The most you will have to pay for delivery is £7.99. However, for very heavy orders (e.g. more than 30kg) we do reserve the right to charge more.

Small packages (under 2kg) can be despatched using Royal Mail and costs around £3.99. A signature may be required for certain orders.

Items weighing over 2kg (or containing liquids or aerosols) are sent using a next day courier service and cost £7.99 (a signature will be required).

For non-mainland UK and the Highlands

Small packages (under 1kg) can be sent for the same price as mainland-UK customers.

Heavy and valuable orders incur a £15 surcharge. Delivery will be by a courier service, usually Parcelforce.

European delivery

We offer delivery by Airmail to virtually all European countries for packages up to 10kg.

Prices start at just over £3.50. A 1kg package will cost approx. £9.

Any package over 2kg will be delivered by a courier service (usually DPD or TNT) and will cost around £27.00.

Rest of the world

Delivery is by Airmail for parcels weighing up to 2kg. We can send heavier items but prices start around £75.

Delivery Time

We aim to deliver to you as quickly as possible. 95% of orders are despatched within 1 working day of the order being placed.

Once your order is despatched (you will receive an automated e-mail):

  • Royal Mail aim to deliver within 1 to 3 working days.
  • Our couriers, Interlink, aim to deliver next working day - if this is the delivery method you have chosen.
  • Delivery times are not guaranteed unless you call us and pay extra for a guaranteed service.

For delivery outside of UK, please allow up to 28 days (delivery usually occurs within 7 days).

All of the products on our website have a stock status - you will be informed at the checkout of an estimated despatch date for the order. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock we will let you know by e-mail. We will give you the option to wait for the item to arrive or cancel the order (in which case a full refund will be given).

Please check your e-mails for progress of the order or log-in to your account on our website.

VAT (Value Added Tax)

All of our prices, including delivery charges, include VAT where applicable. Our vat registration number is: GB 997431471.

You may print a VAT invoice/receipt by following the 'Where is my order?' in the footer of the website.

How To Order

We have tried to make ordering a simple process.

  1. Search or browse the categories
  2. Click "add to basket" next to the products you want
  3. Click "view basket" on the right of the page
  4. Change quantities or delete items
  5. Enter your details
  6. Choose your payment method: credit/debit card or cheque/postal order 
  7. Sit back and wait for your goods to arrive. Your shopping is done.
  8. Tell your friends about CaravanAccessoryShop.co.uk!

Remember, if you have any queries use the Contact Us page to send us an e-mail. We will do our best to reply as quickly as possible. Reponse time may vary depending on the complexity of the query though!


You can pay for your order using any major credit/debit card online. Our transactions are dealt with securely by SagePay.

Alternatively you can pay by cheque. If you choose this method please allow up to 14 days for the cheque to clear before we despatch your goods.

If you prefer to pay by credit card over the phone you can do so by choosing this option at the checkout.


When asked to enter your credit card details you will be transferred to SagePay's secure server. Here you will notice two things:

  1. A padlock in the bottom right corner of your browser window (providing your status bar is showing)
  2. The address of the page begins with "https://" rather than the standard "http://".

These two factors show that the page you are entering information on is a secure page. All information is encrypted when travelling over the internet.

If you decide to phone and pay by credit card your payment is processed immediately and your details are not recorded.

Refunds & Returns

If you no longer require the item when you receive it simply return it to us. For a no quibble refund please...

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to notify us that you will be returning the item
  2. Return the item to us within 28 days of receiving your order
  3. Return the item to us in the same condition it was delivered to you

If the item is faulty please contact us and we will arrange a replacement.

Please note we are unable to refund carriage charges except on faulty or incorrect items.

We may need to time to test the product (in certain situations) before providing a refund.

Returns should be made to our shop address (in the footer of the website).

Obtain a free proof of postage from the Post Office if sending items by Royal Mail.

For larger items, it will be cheaper to use a parcel collection service like: Parcel2Go.

Please allow 7 days for your refund to be processed. 


Your details will not be passed on to any third parties.

Your credit card details are dealt with entirely by SagePay and are not passed on to us.

We will not send you any junk mail.

We may send you details of any special offers by e-mail. We will do this only if you requested to be on our mailing list and we will only contact you a few times a year.

You can shop with confidence at Caravan Accessory Shop. Your details will not be passed on to anyone else. We respect your privacy.
