The new Pizza Stone Pro is a pizza baking stone for use in electrical ovens, charcoal kettles, gas BBQ's and ideal for CADAC's Carri Chef and Citi Chef 50 range of BBQ's.
The 12mm thick baking stone can withstand temperatures of 300°C and includes a chrome-plated wire holder and flame tamer.The stone is made from durable, heat-resistant cordierite, which draws the moisture out of the dough. The result: a delicious and crispy pizza!In addition to baking pizzas, you can also bake delicious bread, focaccia or croissants on this pizza stone.Features
