Product Description
The Whale Solenoid Valve is ideal for redirecting water flow for on-board tank filling in caravans and motorhomes. Designed for connection directly to 12mm push-fit pipe, the valve remains closed until 12V D.C. is applied.
Whale recommend that, when installing the solenoid with
a float switch for automatic tank filling, that a relay is used to ensure that the solenoid current draw does not damage the float switch. It is also recommended that the solenoid valve is not activated for extented periods of time (more than 15 mins), as it will become hot.
