Caravan Accessory Shop - Business Announcement July 2020

We made the decision in November 2019, pre-COVID, to focus on offering a great service to customers visiting our West Runton store.

Our number one priority is having every product in stock (and at the right price) for customers visiting our shop.

Here is our original business announcement from November 2019...

8th November 2019

We have decided to close down the web sales side of our business.

In 2020, we will be solely focusing on our high street shop, in West Runton, Norfolk.

We will aim to build on our reputation as the caravan shop that stocks everything. We will continue to offer a huge range of products and continue to offer great prices in store.

We will also continue to provide warranty support for all applicable products purchased online from us (in the past) and we will still fulfill any outstanding orders with ourselves.

2019 has been our busiest year ever - we have been sending over 1,000 parcels a week during the main season.

However, it has also been our most challenging year.

We have seen an increase in online fraud and both our website and server have been hacked this year.

After building the business from the ground up over the past 15 years, the owner, Chris Ashwell, has decided it is time for a break! The website operates 24 hours a day and, as a result of trying to offer a huge range of products at the best prices, there are never enough hours in the day. Chris is looking forward to a better work life balance in 2020!
